In order to further improve the quality awareness and quality systems management capabilities and make the necessary preparations for the system audit, the company successfully held a three-day TS16949 System Internal Auditor Training in corporate training room during November 18 to 20.

The training was organized by the Department of Quality Management. Mr. Wang, Guanzhida Company senior teacher trainer, served as instructor. Training includes ISO/TS16949 system requirements and related standards, process approach, audit, five tools. In total 47 attendees from 10 departments, including vehicle division, sales, research and development, production process, system software, production, quality inspection, participated in the training. There are 15 employees getting "TS16949 junior internal auditor" certificates.

In the training, Mr. Wang made use of his deep expertise, vividly sketched out APQP plan's overall management and control processes after combining the auto industry situation and explaining the TS16949 system standard terms. An accurate description of the product development from design to production and the terms corresponding requirements are also presented, focusing on the special characteristics of the system, "Four implement" requirement. When discussing the system audit, Mr. Wang focuses on teaching the method and terms of the audit process-based approach, skills and attention problems, combining with the quality of 8D problem solving methods, methods and re-emphasized the sense of quality improvement.
