On April 11, 2014, Scienceand Information Technology of Guangzhou hosted an scientific and technologicalachievements appraisal meeting for the project of Infrared Thermal ImagingOnline Intelligent Monitoring System with Guangzhou SAT Infrared Technology Co.,Ltd and Guangzhou SAT Infrared System Software Co., Ltd. The appraisalcommittees listened the reports about the summary of research and technology,reviewed the related material, inspected the site and asked for an explanation.As a result, the committee expressed that this project had achieved thestate-of-the-art level. They approved the appraisal for this project.

Since the establishment ofthe project, the online thermal imaging system for substation application hasundergone the process of R&D, stereotype, products, batch production, testand analysis. Currently, GUANGZHOU SAT has made its delivery to its clients which hasｃｒｅａｔｅd certain social and economic benefits. Besides, for promoting the marketdevelopment of infrared thermal imaging technology in our country has played apositive role.
